Gel press RECTANGLE printing plate 12"*14" from Gel Press 30*35 cm

Make sure your work surface is well covered with newspapers or a place mat.
Coat the gel with printing ink, stamping ink or paint.
Roll out the paint with an ink roller.
Make sure the ink is evenly distributed. Then place the paper you want to print on it. If necessary, use templates to cover certain parts of the paper.
By rubbing on the back of the paper, you can print on it.
Remove the paper from the jelly and place it with the unprinted side down.
If the paper is curled, it will retract when the paper is laid down for a while. Then you can clean the gelli plate with water and use it again.
Repeat the steps if necessary to create several layers.
The printed layers do not have to dry out completely in between: to prevent colours from mixing, make sure you have a clean plate and a clean paint roller.
The gelli plate can be used with any kind of paper.
This way of printing creates beautiful, spontaneous looking lines. You will get an optimal result with thicker paper and/or watercolor paper.
