PURCHASE AND DELIVERY TERMS:

Customers outside of Sweden will have more payment options to choose from:

Klarna (Finland, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria) or

Global payment (USD, EUR, GBP, NO, SEK).  

There will be an extra fee for the different payment options; approximately 3,5 usd on an order of 50 usd. In order to have something to work with, I will add an extra cost in the shipping cost (10 usd). I will refund the overcharge via the chosen payment method. 


SHIPPING WITHIN SWEDEN
You can pay via Swish, PayPal or Klarna.

Initially, the shipping cost will be expensive when you're placing the order, because the system calculates for packaging per item, and therefore the more items, the "heavier" the parcel. But I will handle it manually AFTER you've placed your oder and refund the overcharge. 

You can also choose the option "When you want to pick up the goods yourself", if you can come and get the items at my home, and then you can see the sum without the shipping cost. 

 

Delivery terms 
Normal shipping time in Sweden is 2-5 days with PostNord and DHL. During holidays it takes a little bit longer. 
With pre-order items delivery times vary. It is always best to place a separate order for pre-order items, if you want the other items sent to you quicker.

500 g = 85 kr 

1 kg = 99 kr 

2 kg = 128 kr

DHL
If you want get the DHL parcel at a specific place, you can write that in the message box when placing your order. 
up to 2 kg = 89 kr 
up to 4 kg = 109 kr 
up to 8 kg = 159 kr 
up to 15 kg = 239 kr

The cost for packaging and expedition is included in the price. Free shipping for flat and light items (not machines, guillotines, glass cutting mats, heavy paper packs and so forth), when the purchase surpasses 799 kr. The 10 % discount does not apply to heavy and large items.
Due to warranty issues, heavy items and machines won't be shipped outside of Sweden.

In some countries the tracking number won't be of much help. But the shipments get through all the same :). 
You can only pay via PayPal. I will refund the overchange for the shipping cost when I've packed your order. 

I'm looking into the possibility for customers outside Sweden to pay via Klarna or card. There will be an extra cost for this, which will be a part of the shipping cost. I will uppdaterad the info as soon as I can. (18th of November, 2022)

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

Shipping costs to the following countries will be more expensive, from the 1st of January 2021 

Australien 35 kr/kg 

Kanada 33 kr/kg

Kina 15 kr/kg

USA 54 kr/kg



Please allow a couple of extra days for handling your order, since I have to find out all the HS codes and so forth. 

If you can't find your country in the checkout area, contact me and I can add it to the list :).

Shipping procedure:

After receiving the order, I pack the items and check the postage fee with regular shipping, with no extra guarantees.
If you want a shipping time guarantee on your delivery, you can contact me via the message box when placing your order. I can then add an extra cost to your order. 

If there's an overcharge on shipping - I will refund it. 

I activate the order and send you an email with the tracking code. Please check your junk mail, if you can't find it.

GENERAL INFORMATION

If you discover damages on the parcel you'd better notify the post office/transporter of that fact. 
Do not pick up a damaged package. 
If the parcel comes back to us - we will invoice you with 350 kr (approximately 35 dollars) for our extra work. 

Right to withdraw / Complaint
We follow the rules of distance selling according to the Swedish Consumer Agency. 
You can return unopened and faulty free items.
Inform us as soon within 14 days of receiving the package. This does not apply to special order items. 

There's a 1 year guarantee on the items. If you can show that there's a manufacturer fault on the product, you always get new parts. The warranty does not apply on wear and tear.
Due to warranty issues, we will not ship die cutting machines and other power driven items outside of Sweden. 
You will have to pay for the return shipping costs yourself.

If you are late with a payment, Klarna will send out a reminders fee of 50 kr + interest with 26 %. 
A credit check will be made when placing an order. You will get a copy of that via regular mail. 
Personal data will be handled accordingly to current legislation. 
Klarna will treat your personal data in order to do a customer analysis, identification, credit check and marketing. Your personal code number will be used as a customer number.
