Creative Paperclay is neither a clay nor a paper-mache. It's a non-toxic modeling material that is ready-to-use out of the package. It's very pliable and is easily shaped and molded while moist. It has a very fine grain that takes detail extremely well. After it air dries, it's very lightweight and durable and can be cut and sanded like wood. Dry pieces may be colored with any type of paint.
